- Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. Contract Documents will be available on Bids and Tenders (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Thursday, May 1, 2025. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time using Bids and Tenders (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca). Any changes to the bid documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the online bidding website and will form part of the bid. No amendment of any kind to the tenderer is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum. Upon submitting to this Bid, Bidders will be deemed to have received Notice of all addenda that have been posted and deemed to have considered the information for inclusion in the tender submitted.The Work involves construction of a Low Pressure Sewer network within the Resort Village of Shields, including 4km of directional drilled mains and 199 service connections to existing tanks.Technical inquiries by bidders are to be directed to Ryan McDowell, Engineering Licensee at 306-653-4969 or via email at mcdowellr@ae.ca. A bidders- briefing is scheduled for May 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pumphouse located at Memorial Drive and Mawson Drive in Shields. It is in the best interest of the bidder to attend this briefing. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Resort Village of Shields. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
