- Description:
- The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is accepting proposals for the provision of office space and parking stalls in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Proposals for the lease of the space is described below and in the attached RFP documents. Approximate total aggregate space required is a total minimum Usable Area of 2,380 m² The total space required comprise of the following: Component A - Usable Area of 1248 square metres (13,433 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area Component B - Usable Area of 792 square metres (8,525 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area. Component C- Usable Area of 340 square metres (3,660 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area. The proposal shall be made on the standard offer form provided by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (attached).
