- The intent of this project is to install concrete sidewalks outside common area 'B building' to replace crusher dust sidewalk, connect to 'design building' across west and east side of field. Install a concrete ramp to allow access to field for maintenance machinery (mower and snow plowing equipment as well as aerial lifts for building envelope maintenance. Install a sidewalk to connect the existing sidewalk outside the 'design building' with the field access ramp and the rest of the sidewalks on the field Sidewalk must be suitably constructed to withstand large lift machinery and skid steers without cracking. Risk: geothermal exists under the surface of this field - needs to be taken into consideration when doing this work. Underground scan of the area is required before start of digging.
