- Lytton suffered a devasting fire in June 2021 which burned 90% of the homes, businesses, and municipal buildings. In conjunction with the rebuilding of Lytton, infrastructure is being upgraded throughout the community. An assessment of the village sanitary sewer system has been completed. There are a number of improvement projects that will be required. Infrastructure replacement will commence with the highest priority projects. The first project is the urgent replacement of the existing sanitary sewer main on River Road between 1st Street and the Sewage Treatment Plant. The existing 200mm VCT line has numerous sags and joint failures. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a CONTRACTOR to supply and install a new sewer main and associated works on River Road between 1st Street and the Sewage Treatment Plant.
