- The GECDSB is soliciting a service provider to assist the Board in complying with all the requirements of the ECA/C of A for the operation and maintenance of their three on-site sewage treatment systems. It is expected that the Successful Proponent will carry out all the duties outlined in the following sections and provide all the reporting required to ensure compliance with all ECA/C of A requirements. The successful contractor will take on the role of “operator”, on behalf of the GECDSB (Owner), as defined by the Ministry of the Environment.
