Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Servus Credit Union place AHU-8 Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of St. Albert is inviting proposals from qualified mechanical contractors to provide all necessary services for the replacement of Air Handling Unit #8 (AHU-8) at Servus Credit Union Place, located at: 400 Campbell Road, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8
The existing Lennox LGC300H2 Packaged Rooftop Unit has reached the end of its useful life and must be replaced with a modern, energy-efficient equivalent that meets current mechanical, electrical, and ventilation standards.
AHU-8 provides environmental control for our fitness center. This project seeks to replace the aging unit to ensure reliable operation and enhanced energy performance.
