Requirement
ASD has a requirement for services pertaining to repair, recertification and exchange of life jackets, life rafts, survival packs and associated safety and survival equipment for equipment found on ASD-s operated fleet.
Services (i.e. the “Work”) must be provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM authorized repair facility for the following line of products:
•Winslow Life Raft
•Eastern Aero Marine (EAM)
•AmSafe
•Survitec
Services must include:
a)Repair;
b)Overhaul;
c)Modification;
d)Advanced Exchange;
e)Testing; and
f)Recertification.
The period of the subsequent Contract is at minimum from date of Contract to 24 months inclusive.
The Work or a portion of the Work to be performed under the subsequent Contract will be on an "as and when requested basis" using a Task Authorization (TA). The Work described in the TA must be in accordance with the scope of the subsequent Contract.
