Description:
After more than ten (10) years with the same insurer, the Montreal Port Administration ("APM") wishes, from a perspective of sound governance and administrative rigor, to assess the competitiveness of the parameters of its group insurance regime. To this end, submissions are requested with qualified group insurance companies. The process of assessing compliant bids will be carried out in two stages. The first step will consist of analyzing the submissions on the basis of qualitative and quantitative criteria. The second step, if necessary, will include Meetings with tenderers who obtained the highest points. These meetings are scheduled for October 2025. The start of the mandate, including the establishment phase, is scheduled for December 2025, and the entry into force of the new contract is scheduled for June 1, 2026.
