Summary Details:
Notice is hereby given that the BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS), supported by the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) herein, intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to continue to provide Air Ambulance Services (the "Services") to Vancouver, BC for a term of 6 months commencing April 24, 2022, at an estimated value of $2,100,000.

BCEHS has determined to not proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
* to ensure a continued state of operational responsiveness as the Province navigates evolving pandemic protocols as it pertains to rural, remote and indigenous communities which are serviced by these aircraft with stable pricing, until completion of an upcoming competitive process for future contracts.
Due to the expiration of existing Provincial Agreements, it is intended to extend the existing contract for the Services for 6 months, while preparing for and completing a public procurement process to support BCEHS and the Province of BC.
