Description : The purpose of this project is to review and address the maintenance issue regarding the blocked filter access to five fan coil units in Building 5. The project intent is to engage a consultant to complete a comprehensive review of the existing conditions for the purpose of repair. This project will take into consideration the following potential solutions as identified by BGIS. The five fan coil unit filters are currently blocked by various tenant communication infrastructure including conduit and cable trays. Possible solutions subject to consultant review and recommendation to resolve these issues include, adjustments to the communication infrastructure or to the fan coil units. The scope of work will be limited to the blocked fan coil units in Building 5.1 WN, 5.1 EN and 5.3 ES. The findings of that review will be presented to the Crown for consideration in order to approve the recommended corrective measures. - Documents :
