Description : Cape Breton University (CBU) is accepting sealed tender offers to complete a Server Room Upgrade at CBU. The Server Room Upgrade is to include the following in accordance with the attached drawing package: - Installation and commissioning of owner provided Generator and ATS including all conduit, emergency panels, concrete pad, bollards, and fencing - Removal and disposal of all redundant electrical (lights, devices and equipment) - Removal and relocation of mechanical and plumbing systems as necessary (ventilation, domestic water, heating, etc.) - Installation of new mechanical and electrical equipment as indicated in the attached drawing package - Installation of a new fire suppression system - Installation of new data racks and basket tray - Installation of infrastructure for security systems.
