Description:
The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information).
EPCOR seeks to establish a service contract for the installation of flow monitors within its wastewater collection network. The services required include:
Installation of Sensors within the Pipe: This includes confined space entry, sensor installation, and verification.
Removal of Sensors: This includes confined space entry, verification, and sensor removal.
Verification: This includes confined space entry and verification.
Site Assessment: This includes confined space entry and assessment of site conditions (including taking pictures and videos).
The Work involves installing and removing sensors within the underground sewer network and verifying their operation. There is an optional category under Temporary Monitoring which would involve renting equipment and providing data on a temporary basis (from 2 months to a year) to support projects and emergencies.
