This RFB is a second stage, public pre-qualified, procurement following Request for Qualifications (RFQ): RFQ-2023-9-2890 or any subsequent RFQs released, including RFQ-2025-1-4184.
Only Bidders that have pre-qualified through this RFQ process, under the same terms can submit a Bid on this RFB. Further, only Bidders that have pre-qualified under the following four Service Areas: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment; Remediation; Risk Assessment; and Permitting, are eligible to submit a Bid.
This RFB is for the procurement of professional services to confirm existing risk assumptions; develop a risk management closure plan and cost estimate; obtain regulatory and permitting support; and complete semi-annual monitoring over a three-year period at the Marwell Tar Pit, in Whitehorse, Yukon, SARU Site No. 50500.
Any potential Bidder who is not pre-qualified at the Closing Time of this RFB, will not be considered for this procurement.
