RFP Summary: The Calgary Airport Authority seeks a qualified proponent to provide comprehensive security system support and integration services on an as-needed basis. Work will occur at Calgary Airports during operational hours every day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday, and may involve work outside regular hours to meet operational demands. Services include maintenance and upgrades of security systems, software support, integration of new and existing technologies, supply and installation of security equipment, project management, and system design.All projects will be priced individually under fixed-price sub-contracts, with detailed cost breakdowns required.The Successful Proponent must offer a cost-effective and scalable solution that reduces annual operating costs and adapts to evolving operational needs. The Successful Proponent is expected to provide guidance on current and future physical security technologies, ensure the Airport Authority retains rights to all custom software, strictly adhere to airport policies including cybersecurity and operational protocols, and comply with all applicable laws.
