- The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is inviting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced Proponents to provide Security Surveillance and Access Control Services (the “Goods and Services”), as outlined in this RFP, to Regina Public Schools Sites and other facilities occupied by RBE in Regina, Saskatchewan on an as-needed basis.
