Canadian Museum of History100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QCRequest for Proposals (RFP) for Security Guards ServicesThe Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial and technical experience in providing security guards services in Gatineau, Quebec and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the Museum.The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Services described in the procurement documentsincluding, but not limited to, the following services: Daily security services to support the operations for all of the Museum's buildings The replacement of the Museum's Security Officers, due to vacation requests, absences, etc Security services during special events Security escort services forMuseum projects and contractors To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Proponents for all associated details.Information provided by the Proponents will beevaluated using the established criteria in the RFP.
