Description:
For the prequalification of Security Service Providers for events on City owned properties and reserves the right to ensure that all events hosted on City properties provide appropriate, adequate professional Event Security Guard services (‘Services”). This is to provide a visible presence, conduct entry screening, exit and entrance management and manage and contain any security related incidents.
Event Security Guard Services for indoor and outdoor events will be on as requested basis throughout the effective period of the Contract. There is no guarantee as to the amount of the security company-s Security Event Guard services which may be required under the terms of the Contract. Events occurring on City owned properties, include, but not limited to; entertainment concerts, festivals, fairs, sporting events, food festivals and cultural festivals hosted at, but not limited to; open air parks, sport fields, fenced event spaces, parking lots with capacities ranging from 1,000 to over 10,000.
