Description : Niagara College Canada - Welland Campus Simcoe Wing Renovation No: 2021-22-00472 Bid Documents and all Addenda for this Request for Bids will be available from: http://www.niagaracollege.ca/purchasing/requests-for-tender/ The “College Contact” is: Mr. Mike Pasquale, Manager, Procurement Cell: 289 219-2390 E-mail Address: mpasquale@niagaracollege.ca Requirement: Work under this contract includes the creation of a Registered Massage Therapy Classroom “RMT Classroom” - Phase “A”; renovation of The Eva Lewis Computer Lab - Phase “B”; as well as sound proofing The Test Centre - Phase “C”. These rooms are in the main building of the Welland Campus. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Submittal of detailed construction schedule to College stakeholders within one (1) week of contract execution. Installation of hoarding as per architectural plans to protect non-renovation spaces from damage and restrict entry. Demolition work: Flooring, ceiling, and wall assemblies, ductwork, plumbing, and wiring as noted in demolition plan. Non-structural metal stud framing and drywall. Glazing for registered massage therapy entrance, IT computer lab entrance, and throughout IT computer lab. HVAC ductwork in the registered massage therapy classroom, including installation of new air handler as noted in Mechanical Plans. Plumbing and fixtures in registered massage therapy classroom.
