- The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, Central Vehicle Agency (CVA), requires Seasonal Vehicle Rental Services on an if and when requested basis for multiple locations throughout Saskatchewan, originating from the following required locations: Regina Saskatoon Prince Albert Seasonal rentals are rental agreements that are a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 160 days. These rentals normally occur from the spring to the fall and are of varying lengths to accommodate seasonal undertakings by the various ministries of GOS. The estimated requirement for these vehicles ranges from approximately 60-100 units during the season, depending on the needs of various Authorized Users. Proponents should note that this is only an estimate, and no firm commitment regarding quantity or dollar value is guaranteed for the duration of the Agreement.
