This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is an opportunity for training providers to become pre-approved to deliver EMBC's Wildland Rope Rescue training, meeting the competencies described within the rope rescue standards for ground and inland water Search and Rescue (GSAR) volunteers in British Columbia.
Based on the review of the RFQ Responses, the Province intends to issue a License Agreement to qualified Suppliers so that they may provide the provided training materials
