Proponents must meet the Mandatory Technical Requirement. Failure to meet the mandatory technical requirements will render the proposal as non-responsive and no further evaluation will be carried out. This procurement will be forwarded to five (5) pre-qualified proponents in the Coastal Engineering specialty for a bid period of ten (10) days as stipulated in Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 - Heavy Civil Engineering.
