- BCIT is seeking a General Contractor to carry out an interior renovation of the existing BCIT Faculty and Staff Association (FSA) offices located within the northeast wing of Building SE16. The scope generally includes the demolition of existing partition walls, with associated electrical and mechanical components.
The renovation scope includes the construction of two (2) new office spaces complete with associated mechanical and electrical scopes, upgrades to the existing resources room, as well as acoustic upgrades to the partition walls between the existing offices.
BCIT utilizes Bonfire for issuance of the bid documents and receipt of the Respondent submissions.
