Description:
The City of Delta is seeking proposals for a design-build replacement of the existing shell-and-tube chiller at the South Delta Recreation Centre (SDRC) with a new plate-and-frame chiller. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new plate-and-frame chiller complete with surge tank, oil pot, and all required ancillary components. Addenda: It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing date and time, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid. Submission of Questions: Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by November 12, 2025. Proponents should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.
