Tender are invited for Scoullar Street Phase 1

Notice Details Sealed envelopes marked "TENDER-TOWN OF OROMOCTO - SCOULLAR STREET INFRASTRUCTURE
UPGRADES PHASE 1", will be received at the office of the Town Hall, Town of Oromocto, 4 Doyle Drive, Oromocto, NB E2V 2V3 until 10:00 AM, local time, 11 August 2025. The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope.

Proposed work includes installing new water, sanitary, storm mains and services, renewing asphalt surface, and concrete curb and gutter along Scoullar Street between Waasis Road and Chancellor Court in The Town of Oromocto. The scope of work also includes approximately 200m of water main and service installation along Waasis Road and connection to an existing water main stub on Windgate Avenue.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price(including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.

General Contractors may only obtain Drawings and Specifications from EXP Services Inc., 140 Carleton St Suite 200, Fredericton, NB at a cost of $100.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable.

Bid Documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.
