- Description:
- The successful proponent shall be required to provide and put in place new science lab equipment as outlined in Appendix 1. Vendors must provide installation services from Edmonton based own forces or Edmonton based sub-contractor. Installation services shall include coordination with the College-s general contractor, commissioning services, and warranty and/or deficiency repairs.
The Proponents shall provide manufacturer-s warranty information and information on any discounts. Proponents shall provide a schedule outlining time required for manufacturing, transport, delivery, installation, and deficiency correction.
Equipment is required to be fully commissioned, including deficiency correction, by July 25, 2025.
NorQuest College shall perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical trade connections. Coordination between vendor and general contractor shall be required.
