- The City of Saskatoon is seeking services for the removal and hauling of snow windrows from priority streets within school zones. Loading zones and bus drop-offs in school zones cause snow graders to pull snow for long stretches, resulting in larger-than-average snow piles and windrows around these areas. This snow requires removal on a more frequent basis than other areas of the City for the safety of students and nearby residents. Windrows in school zones are to be removed when the height reaches an average of 60 cm.
