Description:
The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced firms to provide School Site Appraisal Services and/or Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services on an as needed basis for a one-year contract commencing November 1, 2025 and ending Oct 31, 2026.
Consideration will be given to renew the existing contract for both categories for four (4) separate one-year periods ending October 31, 2030.
Firm(s) will be awarded under two (2) different categories based on the scope of work:
Category A - School Site Appraisal Services
Category B - Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services (Effective November 15, 2025)
For Category B, DSBN is currently operating under Contract #21020 for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services which is set to expire November 14, 2025. Contract 25142 will take effect on November 15, 2025 and end October 31, 2026.
Proponents may submit qualifications for one or both categories. Each category is evaluated and awarded individually based on the selections criteria, category references provided and mandatory requirements.
The DSBN intends to pre-qualify two (2) Firms for Category A and one (1) Firm for Category B, with the understanding that the numbers for both categories may be adjusted at the DSBN-s discretion.
Responses are requested only from firms that believe one or both of these professional services fall within their capabilities, can be delivered in a timely manner, and align with the scope of their practice.
Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services as described herein, or who are currently performing work for the DSBN must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignment.
The DSBN reserves the right to utilize a different process and different firms to conduct an alternative acquisition strategy for future appraisal and real estate services.
