Tender are invited for School Bus Maintenance Program
Project Description : ECSD requests proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide maintenance, inspections,and services on ECSD owned passenger buses. Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal inaccordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RSO).Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of thisRSO. This RSO is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submittedin compliance with this RSO for acceptability and suitability, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into anagreement(s). The request for standing offer (RSO) will be for a term of one (1) year commencing fromaward date with two (2) one (1) year possible renewal options, provided all obligations have been met asdetermined by ECSD. Term shall not exceed three (3) years total.
