UCalgary is looking for one qualified supplier or multiple qualified suppliers to provide an all-encompassing Schedule Platform. This platform should meet the following categories of business requirements grouped to best represent each phase in the scheduling process: Scheduling Interface Scheduling Analytics Faculty Management Room and Event Scheduling Course Outlines The Proponents are not required to provide a response on all five (5) categories of business requirements. Proponents can confirm which categories they are submitting a bid to, in Schedule E - Business Requirements Check List.All business requirements for each category have been provided in “2025FP0002 Proponent Workbook” in tabs BR.1 to BR.5. Further instructions are noted in Schedule D of the RFP document.UCalgary would like a staged implementation plan that prioritizes the Scheduling Interface requirements delivered by December 1, 2025, followed by Room and Event scheduling by April 2026. By December 2026 we hope to deliver product functionality that supports Scheduling Analytics and Faculty Management. Course Outline functionality is estimated to be rolled out to faculty by April of 2027.
