Tender are invited for Saville Community Sports Centre (West) Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Services
Project Description : The University of Alberta (University) is inviting Proponents with demonstrated experience in providing ongoing, comprehensive mechanical preventative maintenance services program for the Saville Community Sports Centre (West). The maintenance service program will be initiated, scheduled, administered, monitored, and updated by the Proponent. The service activities will be directed and scheduled, on a regular basis, by the Proponent. The Proponent will provide a comprehensive equipment maintenance scheduling system based on manufacturers' recommendations, equipment location, application, type, run time. The University is to be informed of the program's progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed Service Report, presented after each service call for the University-s review, approval signature and record.
