PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DATESCBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposal (“RFP) for the supply of domestic (Canadian territory) permanent and occasional satellite space segment services for CBC/Radio-Canada.1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODP/SERVICES:The key objective of this Request for Proposal (¨RFP¨) is the supply of domestic (Canadian territory) permanent and occasional satellite space segment services, in the C and Ku frequency banDP, for the transport of its radio and television broadcast signals and bi-directional IP telecommunication services.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: This RFP is open only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements included in the Appendix A Scope of Work. Section 3.3: C-Band permanent domestic (Canadian) satellite space segment service. Section 3.4: Ku-Band permanent domestic (Canadian) satellite space segment service. Section 3.5: Ku-Band Occasional, domestic (Canadian) satellite space segment service.Proponents must respond to each of the requirements outlined in the scope of work with written evidence. Indicating “Yes” or “Comply” is not a complete answer and further detail is required to support the claim that the Proponent currently meets each of the mandatory requirements.
