Request for Expression of Interest SaskTel Promotional Event and Experiential Marketing Services Competition The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced supplier to provide Promotional Event and Experiential Marketing (XM) Services for SaskTel. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in end to end strategy development and execution including: Ongoing thought leadership in best in class XM strategy; Event planning and management for a minimum of thirty event executions per year; Event vehicle design, management and staging in support of XM executions across a broad geographic area and through all seasons of the year; and Extension of XM event executions to social media channels, responsible for the design, creation, curation and authoring of video and photo assets. Capture & manage customer leads for Sales follow up on featured products. Suppliers must also demonstrate: A well-defined process for managing multiple projects on a tight timeline in various locations around the province, control procedures, risk/problem mitigation and management and team training.
