Synopsis: Request for Expression of Interest SaskTel Media Management Competition April 2021 The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced media agency partner to provide media management services, including media planning and buying for SaskTel. SaskTel is the leading full-service Information and Communications Technology (ICT) provider in Saskatchewan with $1.28 billion in annual revenue and over 1.4 million customer connections. SaskTel offers a wide range of ICT products and services including competitive voice, data and internet services, wireless voice and data, maxTV services, data centre services, cloud-based services, security monitoring, and advertising services. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: • Providing best in class thought leadership and execution in strategic media planning and buying, capitalizing on digital and other emerging media; • Innovative and leading-edge media research; and • Media tracking and analysis. The account is for one year with the opportunity to renew for five additional one-year terms. Any renewal will be subject to yearly client/supplier evaluations and mutual agreement. Renewals are authorized by Communications Services, Executive Council.
