Request for Expression of Interest SaskTel maxTV Local Channel Production Competition November-December 2025 The Government of Saskatchewan requires the assistance of a qualified supplier to provide professional television production services on contract for SaskTel-s maxTV Local Channel. SaskTel is looking for a supplier to provide a full range of production services including producing, filming, and editing for the delivery of community-based programming from across Saskatchewan. The qualified supplier will provide SaskTel with local programming, as directed by SaskTel. Interested firms must demonstrate professional experience in: • the ability to produce, shoot and edit the overall production of a variety of local content related programming • delivering high volume broadcast-quality video production meeting strict deadlines • the ability to staff and produce up to two HD mobile productions, as well as other productions throughout the province on the same day • delivering programming in defined Mezzanine File Format, with the ability to adapt to future changes in specifications • delivering programming with embedded closed captioning • producing frequent live broadcasts • the ability to film featured subjects on location across Saskatchewan • working directly with members of the public, utilizing their input as to the direction and story to be told when creating community programming
