Request for Expression of Interest SaskTel Market Research Competition November 2024 The Government of Saskatchewan requires the assistance of one or more experienced market research firms to provide full-service primary market research support to SaskTel. The scope of this proposal includes conducting primary market research including, but not limited to ad hoc, on-demand, panel and tracking research for the purposes of providing insight and support to the successful marketing of SaskTel products and services in the competitive landscape. Suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: • Carrying out full-service research solutions with the overarching role as strategic consultant; • Quantitative and qualitative research design, data collection, analysis, interpretation of results or insights, and delivery and presentation of results; • Owning and managing an online panel representative of Saskatchewan residents and businesses, as well as an in-house call centre in Saskatchewan; • Extensive experience in corporate research within private and public corporations, crown sector or other large corporations inside and outside of Saskatchewan, along with extensive knowledge of Saskatchewan markets; • Advertising effectiveness research with access to national industry norms, including norms for the telecommunications sector.
