Synopsis: Request for Expression of Interest SaskTel Advertising Services Competition April 2021 The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking experienced advertising partners to provide communications and marketing services for SaskTel. SaskTel is the leading full-service Information and Communications Technology (ICT) provider in Saskatchewan with $1.28 billion in annual revenue and over 1.4 million customer connections. SaskTel offers a wide range of ICT products and services including competitive voice, data and internet services, wireless voice and data, maxTV services, data centre services, cloud-based services, security monitoring, and advertising services. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: • Providing best in class thought leadership in strategic brand planning and brand campaign execution; • Comprehensive marketing communications planning and execution, including product campaign strategy and creative development for both consumer and business markets; and • Delivering superior account administration and project management. The account is for one year with the opportunity to renew for five additional one-year terms. Any renewal will be subject to yearly client/supplier evaluations and mutual agreement. Renewals are authorized by Communications Services, Executive Council.
