Request for Expression of Interest SaskPower Advertising Services Competition September - October 2025 The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced advertising partner to provide communications and marketing services for SaskPower. Established in 1929, SaskPower is Saskatchewan-s leading energy supplier. We are defined by our commitment to support the province-s economic growth and enhance the quality of life of its people. Our corporate mission: ensuring reliable and affordable power for our customers and the communities we serve. SaskPower-s team is made up of over 3,200 permanent full-time employees. We manage over $14 billion in generation, transmission, distribution and other assets. SaskPower has customers cross all demographics and live in all regions of the province. We require a full-service agency to support our goals as we work to continue providing reliable, affordable power for our province and its people. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: • Influencing behaviour change with a large segment, or segments, of Saskatchewan-based customers. • Making an emotional connection with disengaged or low-invested audiences • Successfully increasing reputation or brand strength The account is for one year with the opportunity to renew for five additional one-year terms. Any renewal will be subject to yearly client/supplier evaluations and mutual agreement. Renewals are authorized by Communications Services, Executive Council.
