Request for Expression of Interest SaskEnergy Customer Experience/Product Satisfaction Research Competition May 2025 The Government of Saskatchewan requires an experienced full service, primary research suppliers for a customer experience and product satisfaction research program for SaskEnergy Incorporated and its wholly owned subsidiary TransGas Limited. Interested firms must demonstrate: • Expertise in customer experience and product satisfaction research and measurement, including data collection, advanced data analysis, reporting of results, and comprehensive consulting; • Professional experience in conducting corporate research for private and public corporations, including large corporations, and the Crown sector; • Strong data collection and analysis capabilities; • The ability to comply with privacy and regulatory requirements and the diligent safeguard of all SaskEnergy data/information; and that data is stored in Canada. It is an asset if firms also demonstrate experience in or have: • Ownership of or access to a large online panel representative of Saskatchewan residents; and • Knowledge of SaskEnergy products and services and the gas utility sector.
