DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE(S) Current Maintenance Agreement for Royal University Hospital, Jim Pattison Children-s Hospital, Saskatoon City Hospital, St. Paul-s Hospital, Parkridge Care Center, DUBE Center, Youth Services Center, Kinsmen Children-s Center will end June 30, 2025 and the intent is to have a contract in place for this work by the middle of May 2025 for seamless transfer from the current contract to the new contract starting July 1, 2025. All latent deficiencies with the current contract will be dealt with under the current contract. GENERAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Refer to Appendix E - Requirements for the detailed specifications/technical requirements. RELATED DELIVERABLES AND WORK PRODUCT SHA may during the extent of this agreement, request to add elevator locations outside the described locations above. The request to add elevator locations is at the sole discretion of SHA. TERM OF ENGAGEMENT/TIMELINES The term of this agreement is intended to be 5 years with the option to extend the agreement for an additional 5 years. The extension is at the sole discretion of SHA.
