Synopsis: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for Saskatoon Cancer Patient Lodge Project as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide professional project management and multidisciplinary advisory services to complete a comprehensive business case for the Saskatoon Cancer Patient Lodge project. The Saskatoon Cancer Agency (SCA) provides lodge services for cancer patients and essential caregivers who are required to travel to Saskatoon and Regina for life-saving cancer appointments and treatments. Similar lodging services are provided by cancer organizations across Canada. The existing lodge facility has reached its useful life expectancy. A business case is required on this project to assess options regarding lodge services for the SCA and complete the necessary due diligence to determine the replacement strategy. Completion of work is expected by the end of July 2023.
