Description:
The purpose of this request for qualifications (“RFQ”) is to pre-qualify professional service providers to participate in the second stage of a competitive selection process to engage a firm for the successful completion of the design and construction (“Design-Build”) of the Skilled Trades & Technology Building as part of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic-s New Campus in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan as further defined and described in this RFQ.
Interested parties can submit RFQ Submissions indicating their interest in, and qualifications for the Project. Based on these RFQ Submissions, the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (“SBP”) and Saskatchewan Polytechnic (“Sask Polytech”) (collectively the “Owners”) intend to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, a shortlist of up to three (3) Respondents to be invited to participate in the next stage being the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) stage. The Owners will select the actual number of short-listed Respondents at their sole discretion.
