• This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for SAP SuccessFactors- Wave 2 Implementation, as further described in Section A of the RFP (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
  In 2025, The City completed implementation of SuccessFactors Wave 1 as its human capital management software solution, supporting the following functional areas:
