This phase will deploy Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding 2.0, while optimizing existing modules such as Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals. The University seeks a certified SAP SuccessFactors implementation partner with proven experience in large-scale HCM transformations and higher education HRIS environments. The Successful Proponent will lead the design, configuration, integration, and deployment of EC and Onboarding 2.0.
