Parliamentary Protective Service (PPS)Request for Quote (RFQ) for Sanitizing MachineThe PPS is seeking Quotes from potential firms for the provision of Sanitizing Machine equipment for a Project located in Ottawa, Canada.This is a one-step process to select the Bidder with lowest compliant Quote who may then be invited to negotiate or to enter into a Contract with the PPS.To be considered, submissions must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the RFx document through the Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFQ documents.It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the Work by March 1st, 2025.
