Tender are invited for SANITARY SEWER TRUNK - PHASE 3B

Notice Details Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43, or refresher P23-53, Category "A" to submit a Proposal for the Work of this Contract. This opportunity has been posted to NBON as requested by subcontractors and suppliers so that they can be prepared should any qualified Contractors request their support.

Sealed Proposals in envelopes signed by an authorized representative of the respective Proponent and marked "THE CITY OF FREDERICTON PROPOSAL NO. P25-15 SANITARY SEWER TRUNK", shall be deposited into the Tender Box and accepted by the Office of the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 397 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 1B5 until 3:00:00 p.m. local time Tuesday, January 21, 2025. In addition to the Proposal number and title of Work, the following information shall also be written legibly on the outside of the sealed envelope:
1) full legal name of the Proponent;
2) return address of the Proponent; and,
3) the Closing Date and time.
