IT 16 Pre-Tender Site MeetingAttendance at a pre-tender Site meeting is required before Submission of Tender: Failure of a Contractor to attend a pre-tender Site meeting shall constitute a reason for the rejection of their Tender. There are two pre-tender meetings. Bidders must register for only one pre-tender meeting, and to register email joannenorman@nlh.nl.ca. This is to reduce the number of participates travelling through the work area which includes some tight spaces. Registration must be submitted with no later than 24 hour notice. The available time slots are:(a) 10:30 am Tuesday, April 16, 2024(b) 10:30 am Wednesday April 17, 2024Participants must arrive 15 minutes early and must check in at the Guard House.
