Description:
Submissions marked "COR7240 - Sandra Schmirler Leisure Center (SSLC) - 2025 Facility Upgrades" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday May 06, 2025. The City seeks a qualified General Contractor for the construction services at Sandra Schmirler Leisure Center (SSLC), located at 3130 Woodhams Drive in Regina, Saskatchewan, where the majority of the construction is to take place during the annual shutdown from, and including June 23, 2025 to August 3, 2025. The scope of the work would include selective interior demolition; upgrades to lighting, fire alarm, and mechanical equipment; sanitary pipe replacement, and installation of sound baffles, among others. The Hazardous Material Abatement and Monitoring is also expected to be part of the scope of the work. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
