Notice Details This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of daily courier services for Sussex Health Centre, transporting mail and supplies to and from Saint John Regional Hospital, Hampton Middle School, Quispamsis Elementary School, Child and Youth Services (ISD), as further described in Appendix D - ITT Deliverables. This ITT is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act, regulations thereunder, and the Atlantic Standard Terms and Conditions (ASTC). In the event of conflict between the provisions of the ITT and/or the ASTC and/or the overarching legislation, the latter prevails. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the ITT and the ASTC, the ITT prevails.
The ITT documents are available in both official languages upon request.
