Description:
The consultant will provide a suitable job evaluation system including compensable factors, and the scoringand weighting of those factors. Conservation authority staff will be responsible for updating all job descriptionswhich will be completed prior to the start of the consultant-s work. The consultant will provide training todefined Conservation staff on the job evaluation process. The Consultant will then, with input from trainedConservation authority staff, evaluate defined positions using the updated job descriptions and the providedjob evaluation system. There be 26 positions evaluated for the LTVCA and 32 positions evaluated forSCRCA as part of this review.
The consultant will compare current salary compensation used in both CAs with suitable market comparatorsand provide an updated salary grid ensuring compliance with pay equity legislation.
