The job evaluation process since then has been outsourced for any new jobs that have been created and added to the current salary grid. The Municipality of Meaford is inviting proposals from qualified Proponents to review and present a salary system for non-union, positions, including structure and practices, to ensure that the Municipality is able to attract and retain talented and capable staff, comply with pay equity legislation, and maintain internal equity while addressing wage compression.
